Hekate Remembers

Hekate Remembers is a sanctuary for descent — a place to meet the dark with presence and come home renewed. Through circles, ritual, and depth guidance, I walk with women as they reclaim what was lost and remember who they truly are.

About
Lydia Elaine

Philosopher, mother, and guide at the crossroads, I walk with women through the sacred work of descent — into the body, the shadow, and the soul’s true remembering. My work is rooted in archetypal psychology, mythology, and the living intelligence of the natural world.Born of Indigenous Samoan and Polynesian lineage on one side, and European ancestral roots on the other, I carry both the fire of the islands and the stone of the old world in my bones. My heritage is a weaving of oceans and forests, myth and philosophy, embodied ritual and reflective thought — a living bridge between cultures, elements, and ways of knowing. My education spans mythic studies, Holistic Health Coaching, tarot, and runic wisdom, reflecting a devotion to healing through story, ritual, and creative transgression. I am a natural transgressor — one who questions, disrupts, and reimagines what has been inherited — seeking not rebellion for its own sake, but the restoration of what is sacred, cyclical, and true.I hold space for women to come home to themselves — to rediscover the parts they were told to hide, to remember the body as oracle, and to find belonging in the web of sisterhood and the natural world. My practice is spiritual and educational in nature; I am not a licensed therapist, but a companion for those walking the liminal path between endings and beginnings.
